Clergy of the Society of Jesus who worked mostly in Japan. He was born in Palermo, around 1572 and died in Bengal in 1627. He arrived in Macao in 1601, leaving for Japan the following year. In 1603 he was at the Rectoral House in Omura. He is noted to be at the Nagasaki residence in 1606 and 1607. The exact date of his return to Macao, probably before 1612, is unknown. His name is not found on the Jesuit roster for the year 1613. He was still at the Macao college in 1620. The records indicate he was out of the Jesuits for some time, as he was readmitted to the Society in 1624 in India.
