Clergy of the Society of Jesus who worked mostly in Japan. Born in Perugia around 1578, he died in Macao on 31 July, 1621. He joined the Society on 26 September, 1593 and arrived in Japan in 1608, where he worked mainly in the province of Chikuzen, first in Akizuki and then in Amagi. He was still in Japan in 1614, having worked in Shimabara that year. He had to return to Macao in 1618 due to illness. On 5 August, 1617, he professed the four vows in Nagasaki, at Francisco Martins´ house. In 1619 he worked with Camilo Constâncio to prepare a new catechism, under the direction of Celso Confalonieri.
