Clergy of the Society of Jesus who worked mostly in Japan. He died in Nagasaki on 10 September, 1622. A former dojuku and server of Francisco Pasio´s, he was imprisoned in Nagasaki, probably in 1619. In 1614, he had gone to Macao. Afterwards, he and other former dojukus returned to Japan, where all of them started leading an eremitical lifestyle. When captured, he was accused of being a priest, resisted all attempts at making him apostatize, and was sent to the prison at Omura, where he was admitted into the Society before 6 October, 1621. While still a novice, he was burned alive in Nagasaki.
